THE AGA KHAN UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE for educational development

The Aga Khan University has more than 27 years of experience in building capacity of education professionals and academic researchers, and designing and implementing large- and small-scale education research projects funded by government and international development agencies. The Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development is located in Karachi, with Professional Development Centres (PDCs) in Chitral, Gilgit and Karachi.

Sightsavers

Sightsavers has operated in Pakistan since 1985. Sightsavers has significant expertise in action research and implementation, in-depth experience, and capability in supporting research up-take and dissemination, expertise on disability inclusion, and robust and nuanced knowledge and understanding of the barriers that exclude children with disabilities, particularly girls, from schools in Pakistan. Sightsavers has worked in all provinces and regions of Pakistan.
