This mixed-method study examines the innovative android-based intervention named “Real Time School Monitoring (RTSM) System” introduced in Balochistan as a part of the Education Sector Reforms in 2015. It examines the system’s performance over the last 10 years, assessing its effectiveness, limitations, and potential for scale. The findings will provide actionable insights for enhancing data systems in education governance and strengthening the integration of RTSM into broader provincial and national accountability frameworks.
